Porada Electric has developed an extensive Health, Environmental and Safety Program. We maintain a drug-free workplace, with mandatory drug testing for our employees. We also perform background checks on our employees to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
Our employees have completed comprehensive training on the safety issues in conjunction with our safety program. All employees are certified in First Aid and CPR. Weekly safety talks are held by a company safety officer, which include a review of any ongoing projects and employees are able to voice any concerns. Trucks and equipment are routinely checked and inspected.
Porada Electric is a current subscriber to ISNetworld which strives to bring together hiring clients and contractors by collecting data, training records, auditing and examining safety programs. Our training programs and reporting procedures are meticulously scrutinized. This is designed to facilitate a safer work environment and we think proves our utmost commitment to safety.
